Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. 

At WOI we care about the quality of our journals and ensure they are carefully packaged before they are sent out for delivery. In the case of damaged or faulty items, please get in contact with us at hello@woijournal.com and we will help rectify the situation accordingly. If your package has been lost or misplaced in transit, please reach out and we will organise a solution!
