Your order is being shipped from Byron Bay, Australia. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays, transit delays such as mail and parcel processing facility, staff shortages and temporary closures. COVID related airline disruptions mean there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and this may cause longer delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays in transit & will not be refunding for delays unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit by Australia Post after a formal investigation.

Once the parcel is taken to the post office, it's in the hands of the post and we do not have any control over the shipping time. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. For international orders we recommend using your country's local postal tracking services as well as AusPost.

DELAYS

If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check the submitted address, check with your local post, and finally, contact us with your inquiry. Please don't leave it too long - get in touch sooner rather than later after the estimated time so we have a better chance of tracking your order and lodging an investigation with our shipping carrier.

Please note we can no longer lodge order investigations for orders older than 8 weeks past your suggested delivery date, so please get in touch sooner rather than later.
