No, our journals are intentionally undated so that you can move through the questions at your own pace. Each journal includes over 200 thoughtful prompts designed to gently guide you — without any pressure to follow a specific order or timeline. You can pick it up whenever you feel called to reflect, write or simply reconnect with yourself.

Yes! Both the Cream and the Chocolate Journals have the exact same guided prompts in them, their only difference is the colour of cloth. 

Yes, we do! Unfortunately as our WOI Journals are quite hefty in size, they cost quite a lot in shipping fees when sending overseas. To help make it a little more accessible to you, we have taken on some of the shipping costs, however if the shipping costs are still out of your budget, we suggest going halves with a friend and getting the Bundle & Save! Please refer to our Shipping Policy for import taxes and duties.
